Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items. This means that after receiving your order, you have 30 days to request a return.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and unused. If the product has been removed from the packaging, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund. However, it is acceptable to remove the product from its plastic sleeve to hold it against your hair for comparison purposes. To return the item, it must be repackaged neatly in its original plastic sleeve.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
