Our Shipping Policy
At Callier, we use Australia Post for shipping all orders worldwide and within Australia. All shipments come with tracking, and we offer signature on delivery at no extra charge for all shipping methods. If you choose to tick the ‘Authority to Leave’ box in your cart, you decline this option, and we will not be responsible for any order that goes missing after it has been delivered. You are responsible for the package from the moment it is scanned as delivered by Australia Post or any international postal agent.
- For Australian Customers:
You may choose from our standard parcel post or express post shipping options. Standard parcel shipping times vary greatly depending on your location and Australia Post’s volume of shipments at the time. We recommend using our customers’ most commonly elected shipping option, Express Post. Delivery generally takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Please note that we ship from Warragul VIC 3821, and unfortunately, we are not in the Australian overnight shipping network. Delivery takes 2 business days to most places, with some exceptions.
We ship every day except for public holidays, from Monday to Friday. Post usually leaves at 1.30 pm (AEST GMT+10) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On Wednesdays, post usually leaves at 11 am (AEST GMT+10).
